Key Responsibilities of an AccountantPrepare accurate sales invoices, ensuring they contain all necessary details, proper formatting, clear payment terms, and itemized charges.Handle and process purchase invoices by reviewing, verifying, and matching with purchase orders; submit invoices for approval and ensure timely payments to vendors.Maintain systematic bookkeeping practices, recording all financial transactions, updating ledgers, and ensuring financial records are current and accurate.Manage monthly tax return filing and ensure compliance with government regulations and deadlines.Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies from invoices, receipts, or bank statements.Support financial audits, budget planning, and financial reporting as required.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, site visits, and digital platformsUnderstand customer requirements and suggest suitable automation solutionsConduct product presentations and live demos at client sites or remotelyPrepare and send quotations, and follow up to close dealsMaintain relationships with clients for repeat business and referralsMeet monthly and quarterly sales targetsCoordinate with the technical and operations team for smooth project deliveryMaintain records of leads, customer interactions, and sales using CRM tools

Key responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails2. Manage and track customer interactions using CRM software3. Convert inquiries into sales by explaining product features & benefits4. Follow up with potential customers to close deals5. Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues6. Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business7. Achieve monthly sales targets and generate reports from CRMRequirements:1. Female candidates only2. Experience in B2C sales & telecalling preferred3. Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)4. Ability to manage and update customer data in CRM5. Strong follow-up and negotiation skills6. Basic knowledge of home automation products (preferred but not mandatory)
