Working Days: 5 days/week | 2 rotational week-offs

Role Highlights:

Outbound calls to existing customers for policy renewals

Offer suitable renewal options & reduce policy lapses

Achieve monthly renewal & retention targets

Maintain accurate call records & follow-ups

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation (Full-time or Part-time accepted)

0 to 2+ years experience (Freshers welcome)

Excellent communication in English & Hindi

Voice Process Only (No field work)

No transport provided

Salary & Incentives:

Fresher CTC: LPA

In-hand: Approx 12,500/month

Experienced CTC: Up to LPA

In-hand: Approx 18,000/month

Incentives: Unlimited performance-based
