Telesales Executive - Full Time (Female Only)

We are looking for a dedicated Telesales Executive to join our team in Janakpuri. The ideal candidate will be a female with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and must be comfortable working full time from the office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Calling Potential Clients:** Reach out to potential customers through phone calls to introduce our products and services, ensuring a professional and friendly approach.

- **Handling Customer Queries:** Address any questions or concerns from clients, providing them with the necessary information to assist in decision-making.

- **Generating Sales Leads:** Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by engaging with prospects and gathering relevant information to qualify leads.

- **Maintaining Customer Relationships:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty.

- **Meeting Sales Targets:** Work towards and achieve individual and team sales goals, demonstrating initiative and a results-driven attitude.

- **Updating Customer Database:** Keep records of all interactions and transactions with customers in our database to track progress and assist with follow-ups.
