Telesales Executive - Full Time (Female Only)

We are looking for a dedicated Telesales Executive to join our team in Janakpuri. The ideal candidate will be a female with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and must be comfortable working full time from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Calling Potential Clients: Reach out to potential customers through phone calls to introduce our products and services, ensuring a professional and friendly approach.

- Handling Customer Queries: Address any questions or concerns from clients, providing them with the necessary information to assist in decision-making.

- Generating Sales Leads: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by engaging with prospects and gathering relevant information to qualify leads.

- Maintaining Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty.

- Meeting Sales Targets: Work towards and achieve individual and team sales goals, demonstrating initiative and a results-driven attitude.

- Updating Customer Database: Keep records of all interactions and transactions with customers in our database to track progress and assist with follow-ups.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Strong communication skills: You must be fluent and articulate in both spoken and written communication to effectively engage clients.

- Sales aptitude: Familiarity with sales techniques and understanding customer psychology will help you excel.
