Experience: 0-3 Years (Real Estate / Sales preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients.
Explain property details, project features, and pricing clearly to interested buyers.
Maintain follow-up calls and build strong client relationships.
Schedule and coordinate site visits for potential customers.
Update daily call reports and maintain client databases (CRM).
Achieve weekly and monthly lead conversion targets.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for smooth lead management.
Provide excellent customer service and handle queries effectively.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi required, English preferred).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Positive attitude and passion for real estate sales.
Prior experience in telecalling / sales will be an added advantage.
