Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from a provided database or lead management service to introduce and promote our real estate commercial/ residential properties.
• Answer incoming calls and provide comprehensive information about our real estate projects, including prices, locations, and amenities.
• Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and requirements, by offering investment advisory services
• Ensure deliveries of target, Schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team with interested and qualified buyers.
• Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate records of all client interactions.
• Consistently follow up with leads via phone, email, and messages to move them through the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve overall company objectives and sales targets.
• Stay informed about current market trends and competitor offerings to effectively address client inquiries.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience as a tele-caller or in a similar sales/customer service role, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales acumen and negotiation abilities to handle objections and close deals.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other tele-calling tools.
• Higher secondary or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
