responsibilities
• make outbound calls to prospective clients from a provided database or lead management service to introduce and promote our real estate commercial/ residential properties.
• answer incoming calls and provide comprehensive information about our real estate projects, including prices, locations, and amenities.
• qualify leads by understanding customer needs and requirements, by offering investment advisory services
• ensure deliveries of target, schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team with interested and qualified buyers.
• maintain and update the customer relationship management (crm) system with accurate records of all client interactions.
• consistently follow up with leads via phone, email, and messages to move them through the sales pipeline.
• collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve overall company objectives and sales targets.
• stay informed about current market trends and competitor offerings to effectively address client inquiries.
required skills and qualifications
• proven experience as a tele-caller or in a similar sales/customer service role, preferably within the real estate industry.
• excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• strong sales acumen and negotiation abilities to handle objections and close deals.
• proficiency in using crm software and other tele-calling tools.
• higher secondary or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
