Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients from a provided database or lead management service to introduce and promote our real estate commercial/ residential properties. Answer incoming calls and provide comprehensive information about our real estate projects, including prices, locations, and amenities. Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and requirements, by offering investment advisory services Ensure deliveries of target, Schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team with interested and qualified buyers. Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate records of all client interactions. Consistently follow up with leads via phone, email, and messages to move them through the sales pipeline. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve overall company objectives and sales targets. Stay informed about current market trends and competitor offerings to effectively address client inquiries. Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as a tele-caller or in a similar sales/customer service role, preferably within the real estate industry. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales acumen and negotiation abilities to handle objections and close deals. Proficiency in using CRM software and other tele-calling tools. Higher secondary or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus. Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
