About the Role

is India's leading business compliance and startup services platform, serving over 1 million entrepreneurs. We are looking for a results-driven Senior Telesales Executive who can convert prospects into customers through excellent communication, consultative selling, and strong sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to SME and startup prospects.

Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into customers.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain and update CRM with lead information and follow-ups.

Upsell and cross-sell services such as:

Company Registration

GST Registration & Filing

Trademark Registration

Compliance Services

Negotiate pricing and close deals.

Maintain call quality and customer satisfaction.

Follow up with pending leads and proposals.

Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.

Coordinate with operations for customer onboarding.

Share customer feedback and market insights.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

Minimum 3 years of telesales or inside sales experience.

Experience in B2B, SaaS, FinTech, or Legal/Compliance services preferred.

Proven record of achieving sales targets.

Strong incentive earning history.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, LeadSquared, etc.).

Language Requirements

Navi Mumbai: English & Hindi

Chennai: English & Tamil (Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam is an advantage)
