Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential advertisers across various industries.
Promote advertisement opportunities in our business magazines.
Explain advertisement plans, pricing, circulation, and publication benefits.
Follow up with prospective clients until the booking is confirmed.
Build and maintain long-term business relationships with advertisers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly advertisement booking targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and confirmed bookings.
Coordinate with the sales and editorial teams to ensure smooth advertisement processing.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the advertiser database.
Required Skills:Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
Good command of Hindi and basic English.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working under targets.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, email, and CRM software (preferred).
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, advertising sales, magazine sales, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
