As a Tele calling Executive, you will be responsible for effectively communicating with potential clients, providing them with information about our real estate offerings, and persuading them to engage further in our services.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or database.
Introduce our real estate products and services to potential customers over the phone.
Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of various properties accurately and persuasively.
Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries from clients regarding property listings, pricing, and other relevant information.
Schedule appointments for interested clients to view properties.
Follow up with leads to maintain a consistent communication flow and nurture relationships.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
Maintain a detailed record of all interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and provide necessary support.
Stay updated with market trends and changes in real estate regulations.
