Job Description

As a Telecaller, your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers in order to generate sales leads or set up appointments for sales representatives. You will need to have good communication skills to effectively communicate product information and persuade customers to engage with the company. Additionally, you will be required to maintain accurate records of calls and customer information. The ideal candidate should be patient, articulate, and able to handle rejection professionally. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role, and previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus. Training will be provided to help you excel in this position.
