Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

● Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads for commercial and residential real estate projects.

● Follow up on inquiries received via calls, emails, social media, and the website.

● Explain property features, pricing, and benefits in a compelling manner.

● Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for deal closures.

● Maintain an organized database of leads and update interactions in CRM software.

● Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.

● Handle customer queries professionally and provide prompt assistance.

Key Requirements:

● Experience: 1–3 years in tele calling, preferably in real estate or direct sales.

● Education: Minimum 12th pass; a graduate degree is an advantage.

● Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.

● Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English.

● Work Timings: Day shift as per company norms.
