We are seeking an enthusiastic Tele Sales Or Tele caller Executive to bring their B2B Sales expertise to our team at Allies Business Hub in Ahmedabad, Navarangpura. This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. The role offers - + Performance Incentive in a supportive and dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide information to customers on our products/services to generate interest.
Follow a script to engage with customers to improve the chance of closing sales.
Record customer data, purchase details, and reactions for easy reference and future communication.
Develop a rapport with clients by addressing their questions and engaging with a customer-first approach.
Meet sales goals each week, maintain quality standards, and adhere to compliance guidelines.
Analyze customer feedback and trends to enhance future sales efforts.
Job Requirements:
The candidate should bring Fresher - 2 years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in English. Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A Graduate is required, with a commitment to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
