we are seeking a motivated and results-driven telesales executive to join our team. the ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales deals over the phone.
responsibilities:
conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
using provided leads or database
identify and qualify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and requirements
present and explain products/services to potential clients
effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to close sales
meet and exceed sales targets and kpis on a regular basis
maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions
build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up calls and excellent customer service
requirements:
proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
ability to work independently and as part of a team
goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets
proficiency in ms excel
experience in digital marketing is a plus
