sales & upselling:

o identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services that may benefit the client.

o work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion efforts, while also maintaining existing client relationships.

reporting & documentation:

o maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, feedback, and transactions using crm tools or databases.

o prepare and present regular client reports and updates to management, highlighting key account developments, feedback, and potential issues.

education: 12th pass and above

experience: open for freshers and experience only female staff required

salary : 14,000 18,000/- + incentives
