We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven candidate who can actively contribute to lead generation and business development. The role involves connecting with colleges, institutions, and potential clients through calls, LinkedIn outreach, and direct communication, both domestically and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads.
Contact colleges, universities, and institutions to introduce services and build collaborations
Perform domestic and international calling to potential clients and partners
Conduct LinkedIn outreach (connection building, messaging, follow-ups)
Identify and approach businesses for website/app development requirements
Maintain and update lead data using Excel or CRM tools
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi
Confidence in phone calling and client interaction
Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and outreach strategies
Basic understanding of website development / digital services (preferred)
Good organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to handle targets and work independently
