Job Description

we are looking for a motivated and results-driven telecaller to join our team. the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and persuasive personality, and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience over the phone.

key responsibilities

outbound calls: make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.

sales: promote and sell company products/services to meet the sales targets.

customer support: answer questions about products, services, or company policies.

follow-ups: follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer complaints to ensure resolution.

database management: maintain and update customer databases and crm tools.

feedback collection: record customer feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing team.

reporting: prepare and share call reports, feedback, and outcomes with team leaders
