Tele Caller - Full Time (Only Females)

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Female Telecallers to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact with customers professionally. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, generating qualified leads, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases.

Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and provide project information.

Explain project features, pricing, offers, and location advantages.

Qualify customer requirements and schedule site visits.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or Excel.

Follow up with prospective customers regularly to convert leads into site visits.

Coordinate with the sales team for customer appointments and updates.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
