As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone calls, explaining our services, and assisting them with any inquiries. Your main tasks will include generating leads, promoting our products, and maintaining a positive customer relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Conduct Outbound Calls:** Make calls to potential customers to introduce our services and convert leads into actual clients.

2. **Customer Assistance:** Address customer queries efficiently and provide information about our offerings to help them make informed decisions.

3. **Data Entry and Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update our database to track leads and customer feedback.

4. **Follow-Up Calls:** Regularly follow up with potential leads to ensure all inquiries are addressed and to encourage conversion.

5. **Achieve Targets:** Work towards meeting sales goals and performance metrics set by management to contribute to overall sales growth.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess strong communication skills in Hindi and English, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
