Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Making calls to potential customers from a provided database to introduce products or services.
Lead Generation: Identifying interested customers and scheduling appointments for the Field Sales team.
Inbound Support: Receiving calls from customers to answer questions, resolve complaints, or take orders.
Data Management: Updating the CRM or Excel sheets with the details of every call (., Interested, Not Interested, Call Back Later).
Follow-ups: Calling back potential clients who previously showed interest but didn't buy.
Target Achievement: Meeting daily/weekly targets for talk time or successful sales.
🛠️ Required Skills
Clear Speech & Tone: Ability to speak clearly and maintain a polite, enthusiastic tone even during long shifts.
Active Listening: Understanding the customer's needs before pitching the product.
Patience & Resilience: Handling cold customers who may be rude or hang up quickly.
Persuasion: The ability to handle objections (., if a customer says It's too expensive, knowing how to explain the value).
