key responsibilities:

call and follow up with leads from property portals, campaigns, and company database

explain property details, offers, and schedule site visits

maintain follow-up records and update crm/google sheets

coordinate with field sales or team leader for closures

requirements:

minimum 1 year of experience in real estate telecalling

strong communication in hindi; basic english required

confident, energetic, and result-driven

should be local to noida or willing to travel
