Tele Caller - Full Time (Female)

We are looking for a motivated Tele Caller to join our team in Ultadanga. As a Tele Caller, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential and existing customers to promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to potential customers to present our services and generate interest.

- Respond to Inquiries: Handle incoming calls and respond to customer questions efficiently and professionally.

- Maintain Customer Database: Keep comprehensive records of customer interactions and update the database regularly to ensure accuracy.

- Follow Up with Leads: Reconnect with interested prospects to provide additional information and encourage them to consider making a purchase.

- Achieve Targets: Meet daily and weekly calling and sales targets set by the management to contribute to the team’s success.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills are essential to effectively convey information and engage with customers.

- Persuasive Ability: A knack for persuasion and the ability to influence customers’ decisions positively is important for success in this role.
