We are looking for a motivated Tele Caller to join our team in Ultadanga. As a Tele Caller, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential and existing customers to promote our products and services.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Make Outbound Calls:** Initiate calls to potential customers to present our services and generate interest.- **Respond to Inquiries:** Handle incoming calls and respond to customer questions efficiently and professionally.- **Maintain Customer Database:** Keep comprehensive records of customer interactions and update the database regularly to ensure accuracy.- **Follow Up with Leads:** Reconnect with interested prospects to provide additional information and encourage them to consider making a purchase.- **Achieve Targets:** Meet daily and weekly calling and sales targets set by the management to contribute to the teams success.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal communication skills are essential to effectively convey information and engage with customers.- **Persuasive Ability:** A knack for persuasion and the ability to influence customers decisions positively is important for success in this role.- **Organizational Skills:** Strong ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and maintain records accurately.- **Basic Computer Knowledge:** Familiarity with basic computer applications and proficiency in using software for data entry is required.- **Team Player:** Willingness to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.Candidates should have a Bachelors degree (B.A or B.Com) and possess 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
