Key Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to potential customers/leads.
Following up on inquiries and generating leads for products/services.
Explaining products/services to clients over the phone.
Maintaining records of calls and client information in CRM or Excel.
Scheduling appointments and handling basic customer queries.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: BA pass or Graduate.
Good verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English).
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Pleasant personality and telephone etiquette.
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
