We are looking for a dedicated Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in customer service and communication. This full-time position is based in our office located on Ashram Road.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Making Outbound Calls:** You will contact potential customers and introduce our services, aiming to generate interest and engagement.
- **Handling Inbound Calls:** Answer incoming calls from customers, providing information and addressing queries to enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Maintaining Records:** Keep accurate records of all calls, customer inquiries, and feedback to ensure follow-up and improve strategies.
- **Achieving Targets:** Work towards monthly targets for calls made and leads generated to support the sales process.
- **Building Customer Relationships:** Establish rapport with customers to encourage relationship building, which can lead to better client retention.
