We are looking for a dedicated Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in customer service and communication. This full-time position is based in our office located on Ashram Road. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Making Outbound Calls:** You will contact potential customers and introduce our services, aiming to generate interest and engagement.- **Handling Inbound Calls:** Answer incoming calls from customers, providing information and addressing queries to enhance customer satisfaction.- **Maintaining Records:** Keep accurate records of all calls, customer inquiries, and feedback to ensure follow-up and improve strategies.- **Achieving Targets:** Work towards monthly targets for calls made and leads generated to support the sales process.- **Building Customer Relationships:** Establish rapport with customers to encourage relationship building, which can lead to better client retention.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- **Communication Skills:** You should have excellent verbal skills in order to clearly convey information and listen effectively to customers.- **Confidence and Persuasiveness:** Being able to confidently engage customers and promote our services is crucial for success in this role.- **Basic Computer Skills:** Familiarity with basic computer operations and proficiency in using call management software will be beneficial.- **Customer Service Approach:** A friendly and approachable demeanor is important, along with a strong desire to assist and meet customer needs.- **Team Player:** You must be able to work collaboratively with other team members, fostering a positive work environment.
