Primary Role
To understand the Job Profile and provide candidates accordingly for various Requirements.
To gather data from various sources available for screening the candidate suitable for the organization.
To do Initial screening via telephonic interview & to find out interested candidates suitable for the open position.
To schedule the HR round of interview in person or VC and ensure that all candidates turn up for the interview.
To ensure that all interviews are conducted as per schedule & feedback are received from each and every place.
To provide such received feedback to the recruitment head and take necessary actions as suggested by him.
Secondary Role
To provide support for other HR related work as and when asked for.
