Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries (calls, emails, site visits)
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Conduct property site visits and presentations for clients
Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively
Maintain and update client databases and sales records
Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities
Ensure compliance with legal and company policies during transactions
