new lead generation and old lead management

product demonstration

managing site visit of prospective buyers

providing all relevant literature to the buyers (brochures/walk throughs)

providing details about running offers to the buyers and prospective buyers

closing deals with while maintaining company’s ethics

helping buyers to get documentation post sales closing

being in touch with buyer post sales for all updates regarding his/her purchase from builder

maintaining day to day kra guided by company and reporting tl

maintaining confidentiality of company data

following company policies and interpersonal laws of workplace

managing and answering client’s all other quarries in real time as 1st/ front contact person

day-to-day kra

achieving daily calling targets

achieving daily prospecting target

maintaining quality of conversation

attending all training programs internal external both

joining in site visits planned by the company

attending all company events (site/office/other) where ever and whenever planned by the company

maintaining basic office practice hygiene as per company rulebook/policies

documentation completion of business booked by you

maintaining 90% knowledge accuracy about all projects via various training programs

required skills

good verbal and written communications skills (hindi/english both)

willing to take initiative

self-motivated

good at current affairs

moderate computer literacy

able to up-down at noida office

must have smart android phone (ios not eligible)
