Job Description

Sales Operation Supervisor

Position: Sales Operation Supervisor

Industry: Food and Beverages/ Restaurant / Hotel

Location: Tower C, I thum, Sector 62 Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM / 10:00 AM TO 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days Working

Salary: Standard/Negotiable

Perks: Internal Promotion, Annual increment-performance based. Paid Leaves after 6 months,

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of sales operations analysts to ensure they are providing timely and accurate support to the sales team.

Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to optimize sales performance.

Analyze sales data and generate reports to provide insights to the sales team and senior management.

Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.

Train the sales team on new processes, tools, and technologies to improve their efficiency and effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures.

Provide leadership and direction to the sales operations team to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

Identify new leads and develop strategies for social media marketing.

Manage customer relationship management to ensure customer satisfaction.

Must-have Skills:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Strong decision-making skills.

Ability to generate creative ideas.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field.

Experience managing a team of sales operations analysts, in same industry

Must have an experience of 6 months to 1 Year in relevant industry (Food and Beverages / Restaurants / Hotels)
