Job Summary:

The sales and marketing executive will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in project sales of furniture, interior, building materials or construction industry.

Job Responsibility:

Meet the monthly, quarterly and annual sales target.

Visiting and educating about our product to Architects, Builders, Consultants, Turnkey Contractors, Interior designers, Corporate Sector, Various artment, Private and ol Colleges.

Understand the customers requirement and suggest our product to meet their requirement.

Giving Presentations about our company & the various quality products manufactured by us.

Building a rapport with the Architects, Builders, Consultants, Turnkey Contractors, Interior designers, Corporate Sector, Various artment, Private and ol Colleges.

Arranging for Factory visit of the Clients if required.

Understanding the drawings & technical specifications required.

Formulating various tender packages along with techno commercial evaluations of the tenders. Providing quotations, Providing Catalogues, Samples, getting samples approved from the concerned.

Negotiations, follow up for the orders and payment.

Providing the proforma, getting PO, advance, coordinating with factory for time bond.

Co-ordinate & work with sub-contractors to maintain installation schedule & quality.

Customer relationship management and MIS reports for Project monitoring.

Discussion of Payment terms, disputes settling & other important matters.

Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in corporate or project sales, preferably in the furniture company, interior firm, building materials or construction industry.

UG: Any Graduate (Preferable -H).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and e-mail, internet.

Ability to travel as required.
