πΉ Role Overview As a Sales & Marketing Executive at Bajaj Allianz Life, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, generating leads, building strong relationships, and promoting Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance products. This role requires strong communication, a customer-focused approach, and consistent follow-ups to achieve business targets.
π Key Responsibilities- Prospect & generate leads through calls, referrals, and field activities
π€ Meet clients to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
π Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high productivity
ποΈ Plan and conduct daily meetings/visits as per KRA
π Create and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
πͺ Explain product features, benefits & premiums clearly to customers
π Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion
π§Ύ Complete documentation & policy filing accurately
π€ Build long-term customer relationships
πΌ Coordinate with branch staff and participate in marketing activities/campaigns
