Job Description for Circle Head:

Circleheadhave to handle the team of 6 Staffs.

Field Meeting with the Circle Heads

Lead allocation by Circle Head

Daily Planning in JOS and travel to the assigned territory

Working the field/ Lead generation/ Demos

Reference Generation

JOS Activity Review/ Mock Calls with Team

Working the field/ Lead generation/ Demos

Collaterals and Demo units maintenance

Order creation and invoicing Collections
