key responsibilities:

achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets for mutual fund products.

identify, recruit, and activate new distributors and sub-brokers to expand the business network.

strengthen relationships with existing partners to increase sales volume and market penetration.

meet customers and partners regularly to promote investment products and provide financial solutions.

conduct product presentations, training sessions, and investor awareness programs.

generate and follow up on leads to convert potential investors into clients.

coordinate with marketing and operations teams to execute sales campaigns and ensure smooth transactions.

track market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular sales performance reports to management.
