RENTPAI is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets

Acquire new clients and manage key accounts

Track sales performance and prepare reports

Coordinate with marketing and operations teams

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in sales (real estate preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Knowledge of local real estate market is a plus
