Acquire new clients and manage key accounts

Track sales performance and prepare reports

Coordinate with marketing and operations teams

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in sales (real estate preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Knowledge of local real estate market is a plus
