€¢ Build personalized client relationships by understanding deeper needs, aspirations, and decision motivators.

€¢ Present project features and investment value confidently and elegantly €” not as a sale, but as a lifestyle upgrade.

€¢ Coordinate with the Pre-Sales and Project Head to ensure a seamless client journey from inquiry to booking.

€¢ Manage negotiations gracefully €” maintain balance between client expectations and developer interests.

€¢ Ensure complete documentation and accuracy during booking and agreement stages.

€¢ Maintain CRM discipline €” update visit logs, follow-up schedules, and closure status daily.

€¢ Follow-up strategically with genuine empathy, ensuring consistent communication and high recall.
