Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales revenue generation plan to achieve revenue
targets for POS Billing Solutions and Hardware Terminals.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities
for business growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotions.
Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and business partners.
• Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions to drive customer satisfaction
and loyalty.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively to ensure long-term partnerships.
Sales Operations
• Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results.
Product Knowledge
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product developments, and technological advancements.
• Conduct product training sessions for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge
and selling skills.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the retail technology or POS industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of POS Billing Solutions and Hardware Terminals.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
