Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. This full-time position is based in our Patna office on Boring Road. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with a proven track record in sales management.

Key Responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals. You will analyze market trends to identify opportunities for expansion and new customer acquisition. Monitoring team performance is essential, as you will set targets and provide coaching to ensure these targets are met.
