Job Description

Sales and Business Development:

€¢ To promote and sell lubricant products to various industrial and commercial clients.

€¢ Expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets within assigned designated territory.

€¢ Make regular customer visits, retailers, mechanics and manage customer accounts on an ongoing basis.

€¢ Actively seek out new customers and business opportunities within the lubricants market.

€¢ Build and maintain strong relationships with new, existing and potential clients.

€¢ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.

€¢ Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into sales

Product Promotion and Marketing:

€¢ Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

€¢ Educate customers on the benefits and applications of different lubricant products.

€¢ Explain promotion schemes to the customers.

Customer Service:

€¢ Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

€¢ Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.

€¢ Coordinate with other departments (such as logistics, accou

Market Analysis and Reporting:

€¢ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

€¢ Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market conditions.

€¢ Provide feedback to management on market requirements and product improvements.

€¢ Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
