Hiring For Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote Donracks industrial storage and racking solutions. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, site visits, proposal coordination, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities in industrial, warehouse, retail, and commercial segments

Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries and convert leads into orders

Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations

Understand customer requirements and coordinate with design & technical teams for solutions

Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals within approved margins

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM

Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution

Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)

14 years of experience in B2B / industrial / project sales (racking, storage, material handling preferred)

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Willingness to travel for client meetings and site inspections

Target-driven with a proactive sales approach

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
