provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

collaborate with internal teams to streamline the customer conversion process and improve overall sales effectiveness.

keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

requirements:

proven experience in b2c sales or customer conversion roles.

excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage and convert leads effectively.
