job summary:

we are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking field sales executive to

promote and sell our wide range of cp and sanitary products. the ideal candidate

should be self-motivated, target-driven, and ready to meet clients on the field to

grow our dealer and distributor network.

key responsibilities:

identify and visit potential dealers and distributors in assigned territory.

promote our products through direct field visits and

presentations.

develop strong relationships with distributors and dealers also maintain

ongoing communication.

the company's dealer scheme should reach the dealers at the accurate time.

meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

it is important to clearly explain the unique selling points (usps) of the

products to dealers and distributors.

provide accurate and timely market feedback and competitor analysis.

maintain the monthly sales data.

ensure proper product display and brand visibility at dealer locations.

collect payments from dealers and distributors as per company policy.

qualifications & requirements:

minimum: 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.

experience: 02 years in field sales (sanitary ware/building materials

preferred but not mandatory).

strong communication and negotiation skills.

basic product knowledge or willingness to learn about sanitary ware and

bath ware items.

must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

ability to travel extensively within the assigned area.
