Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and maintaining strong client relationships. Candidates must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, cold calling, and networking.

* Present and promote products/services to new and existing customers.

* Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

* Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the manager.

* Participate in sales campaigns, training programs, and meetings.

Requirements:

* Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate in any discipline.

* Prior experience in sales, insurance, or marketing is an advantage.

* Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

* Self-motivated and target-driven.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphones.
