We are looking for a Sales cum Marketing Executive with 0 to 2 years of experience in field sales /marketing of gate motors / B2B Sales / Similar products. The candidate should be energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about building strong customer relationships

Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Identify, prospect, qualify new sales opportunities via cold calls and visit potential clients (builders, fabricators, dealers, etc)

€¢ Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients (virtually or in person).

€¢ Understand client needs and tailor made product offerings to address pain points.

€¢ Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

€¢ Follow up on leads and maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions as a database.

€¢ Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and generate quality leads.

€¢ Provide regular feedback to product and customer success for continuous improvement.

€¢ Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

€¢ Coordinate with the technical team for installations.

Requirements:

€¢ Bachelor€™s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

€¢ Strong communication and negotiation skills.

€¢ Willing to travel locally or regionally.

€¢ Basic technical understanding of gate motor systems.

€¢ Own two-wheeler preferred.

€¢ Distribute brochures, flyers, and catalogs to potential clients and dealers.

€¢ Organize and participate in local exhibitions, trade shows, or product demos.

€¢ Conduct field visits for brand promotion and relationship building.

€¢ Arrange and manage in-store branding, signages, and promotional displays.

€¢ Collect customer feedback and market insights to support strategy.

€¢ Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

€¢ Self-motivated and target-driven with a problem-solving attitude.

€¢ Comfort working remotely and independently in a dynamic environment.
