Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This is a pure sales role focused on generating leads, converting inquiries into enrollments, achieving targets consistently, and contributing to the overall growth of the academy.
Key Responsibilities:
*Actively reach out to potential students and clients through calls, messages, and meetings.
*Understand prospective students needs and present appropriate training programs.
*Confidently close sales and convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments.
*Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets.
*Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions and sales reports.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
*Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and guiding clients throughout the enrollment process.
*Represent the academy professionally at events, workshops, and sales drives.
Who We Are Looking For:
A sales professional with strong conviction and persuasion skills.
Someone driven by targets and motivated to close deals effectively.
Excellent communicator with a winning attitude.
Goal-oriented, self-starter, and able to work independently & as part of a team.
Prior experience in sales (education/ training/ beauty industry preferred but not mandatory).
Comfortable with cold calling, follow-ups, and converting prospects into paying customers.
Targets & Performance:
This role is target-oriented.
Sales targets will be set monthly and quarterly.
Performance will be measured based on closed enrollments and revenue generated.
Incentives and performance bonuses available for over-achievement.
