Call formulation companies daily

Generate enquiries for APIs and excipients

Develop new customer base

2 Enquiry Handling

Share COA, GMP, product profile

Understand technical requirements (IP/BP/USP grade)

Coordinate with purchase & regulatory team

3 Quotation & Negotiation

Prepare and send quotations

Negotiate prices

Close orders

4 Follow-up & Conversion

Regular follow-up on pending enquiries

Convert enquiries into PO

Maintain CRM / Excel records
