Marketing Eraa is seeking a results-oriented Sales Executive to drive our agency's expansion. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business owners' goals and our high-performance marketing solutions. We need a hunter who can navigate the digital marketing landscape and turn cold prospects into high-ticket agency partners.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire clients, with a focus on industries like Astrology, D2C, and service-based businesses.
Manage a hybrid pipeline: proactively hunting for new leads via LinkedIn/Cold Outreach while nurturing inbound leads provided by the agency.
Conduct consultative discovery calls, explaining the theoretical ROI of Meta Ads and Google Ads to potential clients.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets to unlock performance-based commissions.
Maintain a professional and luxury brand image in all client communications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 1–4 years in B2B/Corporate Sales (Agency experience is a major plus).
Technical Knowledge: Strong theoretical understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Sales Funnels. You must be able to explain how these platforms drive business growth.
Communication: Exceptional convincing and negotiation skills. Ability to handle objections with ease.
Drive: Self-motivated to manage a high volume of outreach without constant supervision.
Employment Terms
Probation: A 3-month probation period applies, during which the company may terminate employment at its discretion.
Notice Period: Post-probation, a mandatory 30-day notice period is required for both resignation and termination.
Compensation
Fixed Base Salary: INR to INR/
Incentives: Uncapped commission structure based on target achievement.
