Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Electronics Sales Executive to drive sales of electronic products in the store. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, demonstrating products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in selecting suitable electronic products based on their requirements.
Demonstrate product features, specifications, and benefits to customers.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue growth.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products such as TVs, audio systems, home appliances, mobile devices, and accessories.
Ensure proper product display and merchandising as per company guidelines.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain stock awareness and coordinate with inventory team for replenishment.
Process billing and assist customers with payment procedures if required.
Promote ongoing offers, schemes, and extended warranty programs.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Prior sales experience in electronics, consumer durables, or retail sales preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
