Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct inside sales activities to generate leads and effectively close sales deals: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and persuading them to purchase the products or services offered by the company.
2. Utilize convincing power to influence customers in making purchasing decisions: You will need to possess strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively convince potential customers of the value and benefits of the products or services being sold.
3. Perform cold calling to establish initial contact with prospective clients: Cold calling involves contacting individuals who have not expressed any interest in the company's offerings, hence, you should be able to confidently approach and engage with strangers to promote the products or services.
4. Achieve targets by effectively selling products/services to customers in a B2C sales environment: Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets by successfully selling products or services directly to individual consumers.
Required Skills and Expectations:
- A minimum of 1-4 years of experience in sales roles, preferably in inside sales or B2C sales.
- Educational background in , , , or Post Graduate Diploma is required.
- Strong convincing power and negotiation skills are essential for successfully closing sales deals.
- Proven experience in cold calling and generating leads is highly beneficial.
