Sales Executive

we are seeking a motivated and results-driven sales executive to join our growing team. the ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. this role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

key responsibilities:

identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.

develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective clients.

understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions.

prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

maintain accurate records of all sales activities in crm systems.

coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

required skills & qualifications:

bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

proven experience as a sales executive or similar sales role.

strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

highly motivated with a target-driven mindset.

good understanding of sales techniques and principles.

proficient in ms office and crm software.

ability to work independently and as part of a team.

strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
