we are looking for a dynamic and motivated sales executive to join our real estate team. the ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

key responsibilities:

identify and generate leads through networking, site visits, cold calling, and digital platforms.

meet potential clients, understand their property requirements, and present suitable options.

conduct site visits and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.

achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.

prepare and update sales reports regularly.

requirements:

minimum 6 months 2 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).

strong negotiation and presentation skills.

self-motivated and target-driven.

knowledge of local real estate market will be an added advantage.

own vehicle preferred (with valid driving license).

salary & benefits:

fixed salary: 10,000- 12,000 per month
