Job Summary
We are looking for a result-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in selling capital equipment such as concrete batching plants, silos, hot mix plants, or similar heavy industrial machinery. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, technical sales discussions, site visits, negotiations, and order closures.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
Identify and develop new customers in infrastructure, road construction, RMC, and real estate sectors.
Generate leads through field visits, industry references, and networking.
Target EPC contractors, PWD contractors, NHAI contractors, and private developers.
2. Technical Sales & Consultation
Understand customer requirements (capacity, output, site layout, automation level).
Recommend suitable configurations of batching plants, silos, and hot mix plants.
Coordinate with technical team for proposal preparation and costing.
3. Sales Process Management
Prepare techno-commercial quotations.
Conduct product presentations and plant demonstrations.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Close orders and ensure advance collection.
4. Relationship Management
Maintain strong follow-up with prospects.
Develop long-term business relationships.
Coordinate installation and after-sales support with service team.
5. Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor pricing and product positioning.
Provide feedback on customer expectations and market trends.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Concrete Batching Plants, Silos, Hot Mix Plants, or similar heavy equipment.
Understanding of RMC operations and construction workflow.
Ability to read basic technical layouts and capacity calculations.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Diploma / . Mechanical / Civil / MBA (Marketing preferred).
Experience: 28 years in construction equipment or industrial machinery sales.
Must have field sales experience.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in selling:
o RMC Plants ( TPH)
o Cement/Fly Ash Silos ( Ton)
o Hot Mix Plants
o Tractor Mounted Self Loading Mixers
Existing contractor network will be an added advantage.
Strong closing ability for high-value capital equipment (25 Lakhs 2 Crore range).
